The front glass of the Apple Vision Pro can crack and some users have experienced this?

If you buy the latest technology, you should also be prepared for any kind of damage that may occur. Especially if the case is an Apple Vision Pro that you use every day.

Apple's mixed reality headset isn't cheap. As a consumer, it's natural to expect a product costing three iPhones to be more durable. However, did you know that this expensive speaker could actually have a crack on the front glass screen?

According to some users, the front glass of the Apple Vision Pro may be broken

According to the Gizmodo page, some AVP (Apple Vision Pro) users experienced cracks on the windshield of their headphones. Sources on the /VisionPro subreddit include several posts explaining that curved windshields can suddenly crack.

The community even calls this condition "crackgate" because so many headphone users experience it. A user named BsSomers13 shared a photo of an AVP who went through a similar experience

The notch is located right in the middle and has a vertical line from one end to the other. Users also stated that the cracks were so deep that they could feel the rough areas created by the broken glass with their fingers.

My windshield is damaged, how much will it cost to repair?

From the case above, how much will the user have to incur if they go to the Apple service center for repairs? Some users tried transferring it to Apple, while others said it didn't cost them anything. I claim.

Meanwhile, some other users will have to pay $500 for two years of AppleCare+. Repairing the Apple Vision Pro windshield alone costs about $800. Some users were disappointed after paying high prices and receiving products that were not durable or easily damaged.

What do you think about this? Do you really have to do this to be an early adopter?
